Field Sales Executive Role

The role of the Field Sales Executive is to drive sales growth through effective execution of company-approved plans within an assigned territory. This involves driving front-end execution for Reckitt brands, educating and engaging pharmacists in our healthcare products.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of pharmacies and stores in a given geographic area to increase customer sell-out of Reckitt brands.
* Collect relevant business data including sell-out in units and value, market share, and stock levels.
* Work towards cycle targets by executing the company's 3D priorities with assigned geographical zone, supporting the achievement of sales targets.
* Maximize added value provided to consumers, customers, and the company.
* Establish trust relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy managers, disseminating Reckitt products and providing training sessions.
* Reduce out-of-stocks and increase distribution by comparing assortment in the point of sale and reporting incidents.


Requirements:

* A master's degree, preferably in Pharma Sciences or other health-related subjects.
* Entry-level position with maximum 2 years of experience in the pharma industry.
* Advanced level in English and Portuguese.
* Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills.
