Be on the front line of support for our clients and deliver an excellent customer experience. In this role, you will work for a leading global platform dedicated to providing personalized health and wellness solutions. You will:
* Provide high-quality customer support in english via phone, email or chat in a timely and accurate manner;

What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role the following requirements are needed:
* C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in english;
* Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and active listening;
* Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt and respond to change;
* Positive attitude and willingness to provide a brilliant customer experience;
* Availability to work on site with a rotating schedule.
