We are building a premium brand inspired by the story of a great \"personnage\" from the 19th century who left behind a wonderful heritage that embodies luxury, craftmanship and tradition.We will be offering high-end products like jams, teas, wines, and more, with a focus on global markets, particularly Asia.We're looking for a dynamic Marketing & Community Manager to help us bring this vision to life.This is a unique opportunity to join a startup at the ground level, shape its identity, and build a vibrant community around a historic brand.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Marketing Expert:Develop and execute a content strategy for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to showcase the brand's story, products, and heritage.Create engaging, visually compelling short-form content (videos, reels, posts) that resonates with luxury and tradition enthusiasts.Manage social media accounts, respond to comments, and build an online community of loyal followers and exclusive buyersCommunity Engagement:Build relationships with influencers to promote the brand and products and sell them.Organize tastings, events, and collaborations with influencers to generate buzz and drive sales.Act as the face of the brand in the ecosystem, fostering partnerships and goodwill.Content Creation:Produce high-quality content that tells the story of the brand, highlighting its heritage and premium positioning.Work with photographers, videographers, and designers (or create content yourself) to ensure a consistent and luxurious brand aesthetic.Marketing Campaigns:Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive awareness and sales, particularly in the international markets and among corporate clients.Analytics and Optimization:Track and analyze the performance of social media and marketing campaigns.Use data to refine strategies, improve engagement, and maximize ROI.Ideal Candidate Profile:Social Media Expert: You're a TikTok and Instagram pro, with a proven track record of creating viral content and growing engaged audiences which results in immediate sales.Charismatic Connector: You're outgoing, personable, and love building relationships.
You're comfortable networking with hotel leaders, retailers etc and influencers.Passionate Storyteller: You have a deep appreciation for tradition, heritage, and luxury brands, and you know how to translate that passion into compelling content.Creative and Resourceful: You're a self-starter who can think outside the box, solve problems independently, and wear multiple hats in a startup environment.Data-Driven Marketer: You understand how to measure success, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in social media marketing, community management, or a related field.Experience on working with influencers and design TIktok strategies that sell immediatelyStrong content creation skills, including video editing and photography (experience with fashion/beauty/beverage/food content is a plus).
Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
