About The Role: Join our Global Operations (COO) function as a Senior Operations Data Analyst within the Performance and Productivity Team. This team is pivotal in driving strategic insights, optimizing performance, and facilitating data-driven decision-making across our organization. As a Senior Operations Data Analyst, you will be a key business partner and trusted analytics expert, influencing operational improvements and providing strategic intelligence across over 50 business units and all Lines of Business (LoB), supporting approximately 17,000 FTE globally. Reporting to the Head of Reporting Powerhouse / Regional Performance and Productivity Lead, you will function as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) and project lead, responsible for delivering advanced analytics solutions, influencing stakeholders, and independently managing end-to-end analytical initiatives. Your expertise in translating complex data into actionable insights will be crucial in enhancing performance, optimizing efficiency, and supporting long-term business planning.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of IT General Control (ITGC) testing under direction.
* Collect, review, and follow up on evidence for control testing with service owners or Allianz Technology on missing evidence.
* Manage the delivery of ITGC control testing to meet agreed deadlines.
* Coordinate annual ITGC control testing with AzTechRM / ISO and AZ P ISO teams.
* Review and document control testing results, agree on mitigation plans for control deficiencies with Allianz Technology and Service Owners, and prepare control test result reports for regional and global use.
* Upload test results into ORGS (if applicable).
* Drive progress on mitigation actions and follow up with Allianz Technology and service owners on execution.
* Support enhancements to the 2LoD ITRM framework, considering regulatory expectations such as DORA.
* Contribute to IT and IS topics in relevant Governance Committees.
* Assist in resolving IT and IS issue escalations.
* Communicate transparently with all IT stakeholders, keeping them informed of potential issues and escalating any problems or delays.
Key Requirements / What You Bring
* Proven experience in IT General Control Testing and understanding of IT/IS risks and mitigating controls.
* Background in auditing, with a preference for ITGC auditing and strong knowledge of IT auditing standards.
* Project management experience.
* Experience with 2LoD IT/IS Risk teams.
* Familiarity with regulatory expectations on IT/IS topics.
* Exposure to insurance companies or financial institutions.
