Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Model Coordinator to join our team in Portugal. As a BIM Model Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating BIM models throughout the design, construction, and handover stages of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Setup: Oversee and drive the setup of the BIM project environment.
* Model Creation: Assist in developing and maintaining BIM Project Execution Plans.
* Quality Control: Conduct regular audits of BIM models to ensure quality and compliance.
* Collaboration: Facilitate periodic BIM model coordination and clash detection.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, or Architecture).
* Language Skills: Proficient in English at pre-advanced level (CEF level C1).
* Experience: 4–5 years' experience in BIM projects aligned with ISO 19650 series (desirable).
