Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Translate business needs into functional requirements within an agile HR systems environment; Support the design, evolution, and testing of HR applications; Monitor and optimize HR business processes, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement; Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on transformational initiatives.
Requirements: Degree in Computer Science or similar; Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst; Experience with HR processes and methodologies; Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel; Knowledge of SAS and SAP / SAP SuccessFactors is a plus; Proactivity and dynamism; Organizational and communication skills.
