Responsibilities
On-site technical support for users and systems.
Account management, installation, and infrastructure maintenance.
Resolution of incidents and support for emerging/critical situations.
Direct support in the continuous improvement of IT factory processes.
Technical Stack & Requirements
Essential: Proficiency in Windows systems and Office tools.
Essential: Solid experience in hardware/software technical support.
Essential: Network configuration and maintenance.
Essential: Fluent English.
Desirable: Knowledge of SQL and Visual Basic.
