If you enjoy variety, like working with timelines and tracking, and feel comfortable in a fast‐paced fashion environment, this could be a great fit.Your responsibilities: Photo Studio & Digital Content Operations (Product Photography / Digital Order Tool)Coordinate the end‐to‐end process for products to be photographed for our digital order tool (planning, prioritisation, timing); manage timelines, tracking and documentation (e.g., in Excel) and keep all stakeholders alignedAct as the main interface to our external photo studio: briefings, communication, scheduling and process planningEnsure products are available on time and support on set in Kreuzlingen (Switzerland) during key shooting phasesHandle operational post‐production tasks: image selection, basic retouching, resizing, clean file naming/structure, and uploading into the systemDigitise fabric materials and organise distribution via internal platforms and digital channelsTake a leading role in SMS support in close coordination with our Purchasing team in KreuzlingenEnsure the availability and organisation of sales materials and sales‐supporting documents for showrooms/sales (seasonal, NOS and replenishment programmes)Receive, assess and process textile surfaces (e.g., correct cutting direction and fabric face side)Track and manage samples, materials and documents in a structured way (workflow/tracking/traceability)Operate SAP/AFS labelling and label printing tools to ensure correct material identificationPrepare shipments to showrooms (pre‐sorting documents and folders by recipient)Your profile:Strong organisational skills and a structured working style (priorities, timing, tracking)Hands‐on mentality and enjoyment of operational tasks — both digital and physicalExperience in operations/coordination (ideally in fashion, content, showroom or sample‐related environments)Confident with Excel and a strong understanding of digital workflows, data and file managementA plus: SAP/AFS experience (or willingness to learn quickly) as well as experience in material labelling/sample handlingCareful, reliable and service‐oriented way of workingStrong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with many stakeholders (internal/external)Very good English skills (German and/or Portuguese are a plus)What awaits you:A dynamic, creative role within an international content and production team.Activity‐based work model with up to 2 home office days per week.Work on location in Porto, with frequent creative exchange with teams in Switzerland.On‐site canteen, internal and external training opportunities, and regular team events.The opportunity to contribute to content creation behind the scenes for three iconic fashion brands.Our Benefits: Our employees are essential to the success of our brands and our organization.
