WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Responsibilities:
* User support, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents and support requests.
* Management of accounts in AD/Entra ID, permissions, groups, and basic policies.
* Support for LAN/WLAN/VPN, troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and network printing.
* Execution of operational onboarding/offboarding tasks and equipment configuration.
* Contribution to documentation, continuous improvement, and compliance with internal processes.
Requirements:
* Up to 3 years of experience in helpdesk/service desk roles.
* Solid knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking.
* Basic knowledge of ITIL and ITSM tools.
* Good communication skills, user-oriented mindset, and ability to prioritize.
* Work location: Avintes (100% on-site)
* Languages: Portuguese and English (Advanced); Spanish (preferred)
