This position will help develop trims that support the delivery of manufacturing-ready products that are in line with aesthetic and sourcing strategies, cost, and quality.
This position reports to the Sr.
Manager of Raw Materials and Innovation.Responsibilities:Ensure the seasonal trims development on-time delivery.Work with the design team to select the new seasonal trims based on the requested construction and finishes.Work with Eastern/Western Hemisphere Global Material Supply teams and trim suppliers on trim options based on design briefs.Gather and evaluate trim information.Review and comment on initial testing results for trim approval.Follow up on new trim samples.Review trim testing results against specifications and advise approval status to suppliers and GMS team.Assist with quality review as needed with the QA, PD, and Design team.Set up fabric in ERP and PLM systems.Review with the custom compliance team and QA as needed.Maintain physical trim library and build electronic trim information file.Maintain approved trim files.Manage incoming and outgoing mail for the department.Special projects as needed by Raw Materials Sr. Manager.What do you need to succeed?We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day.
