Key Responsibilities
1.
Support the businesses and central team with the Supplier Compliance Data Quality Improvements initiative.
2.
Participate in data quality improvement processes and provide feedback on data collection methods.
3.
Test and refine data collection procedures.
4.
Manage the TBSS e-ACQ Administration team daily operations.
5.
Handle all tickets related to new supplier setup, data changes, or deletions in accordance with SLAs.
6.
Support interface development and future ERP functionality impact analysis.
7.
Deliver process improvements focusing on standardization and automation while maintaining service quality.
Skills & Experience
- 1 year of experience in master data management and data quality preferred.
- Proficient in ORACLE Financials, SQL, MS Office (including MS Access), SAP Financials modules, and E-ACQ application.
- Experience with Cartesis - Magnitude, Visual Basic, Cognos TM1, CashPooler interfaces, Diapason interfaces, Readsoft OCRs, and other ERPs.
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
