Key accountabilities:
* Manage end‐to‐end procurement activities for engineering and maintenance services for refinery operations.
* Conduct supplier sourcing, evaluation, and qualification to ensure high‐quality and competitive service providers.
* Lead negotiation processes for new contracts, renewals, and long‐term service agreements.
* Oversee contract extensions, renegotiations, and performance follow‐up to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategy with operational and maintenance needs.
* Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable service delivery and long‐term collaboration.
* Ensure procurement processes follow corporate policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Execute the full procurement cycle from request to negotiation, award, contract management, and supplier performance monitoring.
Skills:
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
* Solid knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and strategic sourcing.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and maintenance teams.
* Experience with vendor evaluation, risk assessment, and supply market analysis.
