We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development Consultant with 5-10 years of success in delivering end-to-end talent management solutions using SAP SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure and optimize Succession Planning and Career Development Planning modules to support future workforce readiness and individual employee growth.
* Work with HR leaders to design talent strategies, build talent pools, enable career paths, and implement calibration sessions.
* Manage configuration, user roles, workflows, and dashboards that drive transparency and data-driven talent decisions.

Education:
* Bachelor's Degree
* SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant
* SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management
* SAP Certified – Employee Central (recommended)
* Additional certifications in Talent Management (optional)
