We are seeking an experienced advocate to join our team and fight for airline passenger rights. As a Litigation Lawyer specializing in consumer flight claims, you will be responsible for leading in-court collections and representing our interests in court.
Job Description
As an Airline Passenger Rights Advocate, you will handle all legal matters and claims filed within the jurisdiction of Portugal. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and file batches of approx. 200+ legal new claims monthly in Portuguese courts against various airlines for the purpose of recovering compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004, reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses incurred by passengers, ticket refunds owed to passengers, and baggage-related claims.
