Which are the requirements?
- +1 year of experience and a Finance degree or similar (Economics, Business Administration...)
- Desire to learn.
- Organisation and archive capability.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Spirit of initiative and curiosity.
What your new role would be?
As a Junior Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Daily registers of all customer receipts, keeping the accounts always up to date.
- Follow up on customers through daily contacts by phone and email.
- Interact with external customers and, where appropriate, take the necessary steps to resolve issues.
- Maintain the payment terms of customers correctly.
- Perform the initial credit assessment of clients under team leader supervision.
- Carry out the Quality process in the Permanent Business Unit.
- Deal effectively and professionally with internal customers.
- Perform all administrative work related to the function and the credit control and collection department.
- Identify and report any issue that may involve delay in receiving by attracting the attention of Team Leader or Manager.
