and warmth of Korean and Asian culinary culture. As our Restaurant Manager, you will be
the operational and cultural heartbeat of the space.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Development
* Recruit, train, and mentor a strong frontofhouse team
* Create a positive, respectful, and performancedriven culture
* Lead by example with professionalism, empathy, and high standards
Guest Experience Excellence
* Ensure every guest receives warm, attentive, and memorable service
* Maintain premium service rituals aligned with Korean hospitality values
* Handle guest feedback with maturity and solutionoriented thinking
Business and Operations
* Oversee daily operations with precision and calm
* Manage budgets, cost control, scheduling, and inventory
* Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and ownership
* Implement systems that support efficiency and quality
Innovation and Brand Building
* Introduce creative ideas to enhance service, menu presentation, and guest
* engagement
* Help shape the identity of the first premium Korean restaurant in Portugal
* Support marketing initiatives and community engagement
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in premium or
* highvolume environments
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Passion for Korean/Asian cuisine (experience in Asian concepts is a plus, not a
* requirement)
* Busines ssavvy mindset with understanding of KPIs and operational flows
* High motivation, resilience, and a proactive attitude
* Ability to thrive in a new opening environment
