/ppbr/ppAs an Electrical Package Manager, you will play a pivotal role in project implementation and execution.
You will coordinate sections of the project team and the management of your package on a day-to-day basis to ensure key project milestones are achieved and the successful delivery of the project.

/ppbr/ppbResponsibilities: /b /pulliManage the Electrical Systems package from design coordination to installation, testing, and commissioning.
/liliOversee site safety in conjunction with the Project Manager and the Safety Advisor, including setup, management, and close-out of the safety file as part of the management team.
/liliPromote and maintain a strong Quality, Health, Safety, culture within your team.
/liliCollaborate with the Project Manager, consulting engineers, and the client to manage the project schedule and ensure timely delivery.
/liliManage all costs associated with the electrical package, including: Subcontractors, Material deliveries and goods receipting, Plant and equipment.
Variations and valuations /liliOversee all day-to-day site operations, ensuring policies and procedures are followed closely, supervise subcontractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels.
/liliMaintain and manage the Winthrop Engineering Contracting "In Progress" snagging system, ensuring supervisors submit weekly punch lists and distributing all snags to relevant subcontractors.
/liliIssue direct labour and subcontractor hours to the time administrator for central tracking.
/liliAttend site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning and coordination meetings, and handover meetings.
/liliIssue weekly cost reports, including all orders placed, materials expected, and labour levels.
/liliIssue internal weekly progress reports summarising supervisors' updates /liliIssue external weekly progress reports to the Project Manager, detailing unavailable areas, delays, design shortages, third-party hold-ups, and percentage complete.
/liliSchedule material deliveries to align with the project programme and track all deliveries.
/liliPerform all other duties as required to successfully deliver the electrical package /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliRelevant Electrical Qualification essential eg.
Masters or Bachelor's degree in engineering /liliPrevious experience in Project Management and Proven record of coordinating and managing large scale installation projects /liliKnowledge of Health Safety /liliExperienced in design and build /liliGood technical knowledge of both Electrical and Mechanical systems /li /ul
