Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary duties will include:
Handling inbound calls to identify and assess customer needs.
Providing tailored solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Managing administrative follow-ups (billing, account management, claims).
Contributing to continuous improvement by reporting customer feedback.
Candidate Profile
Fluent in French or German or Dutch (C1 Professional level).
1 year of experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
Excellent written and oral communication in English.
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Versatile, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
Higher education degree required.
