* Managing costing sheets and specifications;
* Attending meetings with clients and internal teams;
* Developing and reviewing questionnaires and survey guides;
* Reviewing and testing programmed questionnaires for best practice data collection;
* Conducting briefings with fieldwork teams and vendors;
* Managing recruitment processes;
* Tracking project profitability;
* Overseeing change control and scope creep management;
* Providing timely and effective client communication;
* Reporting on project progress;
* Recognising potential barriers and offering solutions;
* Ensuring adherence to market research quality standards and regulations;
* Providing administrative support to wind down projects and capture learnings.
