Be a Part Of a Team Where You WillLead local acquisition and retention projects, from ideation to execution, in complete autonomy working with the cross-functional international and local teams (Media, PM, CRM, Loyalty & Promo, Pricing, Q-commerce, Commercial) for a seamless implementation to deliver the agreed Growth goalsDesign and coordinate a best-in-class execution of the local Activity plans and growth strategies, adapting global playbook to local needs via a test & learn approachBe the country point of contact for your assigned projects, creating advocacy and consensus among internal and external stakeholdersTrack and monitor key Growth metrics of the assigned projects, to measure success, providing the appropriate visibility to the Head of Growth and Marketing plus local and HQ stakeholdersCoordinate the creation of local marketing campaigns that will build the business's brand, driving acquisition and engagement, while ensuring that the brand's standards are maintained across all channelsCoach and supervise Jr Growth analystBuild success stories and best practices to be shared with other regional teams.QualificationsMinimum 4 years of work experience in Growth/Marketing, brand/product manager roles, comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challengesMust have strong consumer understanding skills, business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management (from ideation into implementation) with great attention to detailStrong analytical skills and ability to turn insights from data into actionsKnowledge of paid, owned and earned media channels (online, off-line)Familiarity with budget management and comfortable in tracking and reporting on established growth KPIsNinja expertise with Excel / Google Sheets is a mustKnowledge of data visualization tools (Looker) or SQL language is a big plusProficiency in EnglishHands-on attitude.
