Job Overview:
* Our organization is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead complex, multi-phase SAP projects across global manufacturing sites.
* Establish governance frameworks and project management standards to ensure successful program delivery.
* Oversee project portfolios, tracking dependencies, milestones, and deliverables effectively.
* Engage with senior business leaders from Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance to ensure cohesive delivery.
* Manage external system integrators, vendors, and internal delivery teams to achieve timely delivery within approved budgets.
* Lead organizational change management initiatives and develop communication plans to support adoption and stakeholder engagement.
* Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
* PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred.
* SAP certification in Production planning / Manufacturing or SAP Activate.
* 7 to 10+ years of SAP project delivery experience, including at least 5 years in a Program Management role.
* Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP projects in the Manufacturing industry (discrete or process manufacturing).
