The Omnichannel Engagement Campaign Manager (OECM) role is vital in transforming our company’s go-to-market model and innovating how we collaborate and interact with our markets by working with customers and creating advanced marketing programs for priority franchises in EURAM. The role involves enabling and partnering for the customization and development of marketing automation campaigns across regional teams, business units, and countries.

The ideal candidate should be able to manage campaigns from conception to execution, including managing customer journeys based on defined rules, within an agile, cross-functional team. They should be capable of developing, executing, and promoting omnichannel digital marketing campaigns across EURAM to boost customer engagement and foster a customer-first mindset.


Role Responsibilities & Key Activities


Omnichannel Campaign Design and Execution

* Align with Global teams and coordinate digital campaigns for priority franchises
* Set up and deploy Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns regionally and in countries
* Manage regional/local websites and integration with Veeva CRM
* Streamline information flow through advanced closed-loop marketing relationships


Measurement and Reporting

* Develop performance frameworks with key engagement metrics
* Implement feedback systems to analyze customer behavior and trends
* Collaborate with analytics teams to gather qualitative and quantitative insights


Upskilling and Capability Building

* Coordinate digital maturity assessments and local roadmaps
* Ensure solutions align with global and regional digital strategies
* Promote education on digital marketing channels and tools, seeking continuous improvement


Skills Required

* Digital native with experience in digital marketing agencies or teams
* Proven success in delivering digital marketing campaigns and content
* Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics 360

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification preferred
* 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
