We are looking for a Pastry Chef in Lausanne for our Group with:
Experience as a Pastry Chef, Development Pastry Chef or similar in cafes, bakeries or restaurants.
Strong recipe development skills focused on health-conscious baking and alternative ingredients.
Ability to scale recipes, meet cost targets and present attractive dishes.
Food hygiene certification and culinary qualifications preferred.
Collaborative communicator who thrives in a team.
Perfil do Candidato
We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to lead our pastry section, ensuring high-quality production, creativity and consistency. Required: 3–5 years (senior: 5–8) in professional pastry. Proven experience managing a team, scheduling production, and working with professional equipment (ovens, mixers, laminators, blast chillers). Solid HACCP/food safety knowledge and up-to-date food handling certificates. Ability to adapt recipes for allergens and dietary needs (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan). Strong attention to detail, presentation skills and creativity. Valued: experience in hotels/restaurants/catering, portfolio of creations, and English language skills.
