As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you "Dare to Grow" with us?Role purpose Responsible for the accurate and compliant preparation, submission, and follow‐up of customs declarations, acting as a key interface between operations, customers, and customs authorities.Key responsibilitiesReceive, analyse, and verify supporting documentation for customs declarations.Classify products (tariff, origin, value) and prepare customs entries in line with legal and best‐practice requirements.Ensure all mandatory documents are attached and records are properly filed and archived.Monitor customs clearance status and intervene when issues arise, liaising with customs authorities to unblock cases.Participate in/coordinate physical inspections, organize inspection schedules, and ensure goods are available.Inform line management, customs authorities and/or forwarding agents in case of anomalies, irregularities, or disputes.Maintain good working relationships and clear communication with customs authorities, internal teams and customers.Report any process deviations or non‐conformities according to company procedures.Cooperate with QHSE to understand and apply the quality management system and report quality issues.Comply with and promote Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) and quality procedures.ProfileSenior experience in customs clearance/brokerage within logistics or freight forwarding.Strong knowledge of customs legislation and procedures.High accuracy, attention to detail and document control.Good communication and problem‐solving skills; able to manage multiple files and deadlines.As a global organization, and as part of the CMA CGM Group, diversity is critical to our business success; only when we can reflect the cultures, languages, behaviors and local knowledge of our customers, we can succeed.
