We are looking for anIntern for the commercial area, who will provide direct support to the operation in Portugal and act as a link between the company, customers, and internal teams. This internship focuses on internal work, organization, and process follow‐up, making it ideal for someone who wants to understand how the business works beyond sales activity.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport in managing customer relationships, acting as a point of contact between customers and internal teams.Management and follow‐up of tickets (opening, monitoring, and coordination with technical teams).Support in initiating and following up on technical developments, ensuring alignment between commercial needs and technical execution.Management and follow‐up of partnerships, including partners that do not directly generate business.Organization of commercial and operational information (CRM, reports, follow‐ups).Cross‐functional support to the commercial area in administrative tasks and internal coordination.Candidate profileInterest in commercial work, management, customer success, or operations.Strong organizational, communication, and process‐tracking skills.Ability to work with different stakeholders (customers, technicians, partners).Sense of responsibility and attention to detail.Good knowledge of digital tools (email, Excel/Sheets, CRM – valued).Fluency in Portuguese; intermediate English (B1/B2).Our Recruitment Process15‐minute introductory call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist.Interview with Manager.What We OfferInternship with real exposure to the business and customers.Hands‐on learning about commercial and operational processes.Direct guidance from the commercial area manager in Portugal.Possibility of growth and future integration, depending on performance.Possibility to sign an internship agreement with the Academic Center.Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Nextlane is committed to a space where everyone feels valued and respected.
