We are looking for an
AI Transformation Specialist
to promote and accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence across the IT team and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). In this role, you will combine hands-on AI engineering with change management, supporting teams in day-to-day adoption while driving long-term innovation through emerging AI technologies.
If you have practical experience building AI solutions, enjoy enabling teams through technological change, and are excited about areas such as MCP server development and multi-agent systems, this opportunity is for you.
What we are looking for
Mandatory
* Demonstrated experience implementing
AI solutions within a SDLC context
.
* Proven track record developing
AI-powered solutions and automation workflows in Python
.
* Hands-on experience with
Model Context Protocol (MCP)
architecture and
server development
.
* Experience guiding teams through
AI and digital transformation initiatives
.
* Ability to train, mentor, and support IT teams on AI adoption across DEV, BA, QA, and DevOps.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical use cases.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, change-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
* Experience in
