Purpose of the Role As a Key Account Manager C&I, you are responsible for acquiring and managing a group of customers (key accounts) throughout Iberia. You will be the strategic link between Enstall's innovative solar solutions and major photovoltaics (PV) projects within the commercial and industrial space in the Iberia region, driving growth and building long-term partnerships. Your ability to understand the C&I landscape – and its stakeholders including their drivers and decision-making criteria is key. Leveraging them to support in their needs with Enstall's range of products and with that – is what makes you successful in this role. You expand the Iberia market by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. You actively promote Enstall products and services to our key customers and you can translate their needs to the product team for further enhancements. You are aware of the developments in the solar market and the needs and wishes of our partners (installers and distributors).Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and expand key accounts within the C&I market. Understand the technical and commercial needs of installers, EPCs, developers, and investors in large-scale PV projects. Translate market insights and customer requirements into actionable input for internal teams such as R&D and product development. Develop strategic account plans for each partner, focusing on long-term collaboration and market share growth. Stay on top of market developments, identify opportunities, and turn them into results. Drive both new business and deepen existing key relationships. Handle all sales activities: conducting site/ project visits, participating in trade fair activities, preparing quotes and follow up, CRM data maintenance, negotiate project & framework agreements. Develop technical project plans and documentation, technical customer training on PV mounting solutions.Required Experience & Qualifications 3–7 years of sales experience as a (Key) Account Manager in the field of PV or similar. University degree or further training as a bachelor/ technician/ master, or similar, preferably in a commercial field. General technical knowledge in the field of PV and/or roof construction. Proven track record in managing large key accounts, high-value deals and building scalable systems. Strong track record in networking. Professional manner when dealing with customers. Fluent in Portuguese/ Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
