The job:

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in multinational environments. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent command of the English language, and solid proficiency with Microsoft tools. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‐oriented, and comfortable providing high‐quality administrative and personal assistant support.

What you will be doing:

* Provide daily administrative support to the team and management.
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
* Prepare, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
* Support travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
* Handle expense reports and assist with budget tracking.
* Coordinate internal and external communications in English.
* Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
* Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow‐up actions.
* Provide personal assistant support when required, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
* Liaise with internal departments and external partners as needed.

What we are looking for:

* 3–5 years of experience in administrative roles within multinational companies.
* Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
* Ability to work independently and maintain a proactive approach.
