Job Summary:
* Grow and manage relationships with key clients
* Guide clients through their journey - from onboarding to long-term adoption and satisfaction
* Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Support, and Product teams
* Influence product direction by incorporating customer feedback into the roadmap
Requirements:
* Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles within fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software
* Knowledge of financial markets, fixed income, derivatives, forex, investment, trading, stocks
* Experience managing banks as customers
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms is an asset
