The Role:
* Configure insurance software and broker portals based on client requirements;
* Analyse functions and technical aspects, including documentation and solution design for testing cycles;
* Create reports using Crystal Reports / MS Report Builder and SQL scripting for reporting and data maintenance;
* Collaborate closely with developers and end-users to ensure compatibility and client satisfaction;
* Implement solutions, train users and provide post-project support.
