We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Digital Sales Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to kick-start their careers in technology with a structured development path and fast-track growth opportunities.
The IBM Sales Accelerator Program is designed to provide hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience within our digital sales division. Over 12 months, you will work in our talent hub based in Valencia, gaining critical skills before transitioning into your next career step as a Sales Professional.
As a Digital Sales Specialist, you will develop trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, shaping their technology landscape and advising on client engagements during the early phases of the sales cycle. You will combine your technical education with consultative sales practices to accelerate enterprise success by providing solutions across Data & AI, Cloud, Sustainability, Automation, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
* Employ solution-selling techniques to identify decision makers, qualify opportunities, and respond to client needs.
* Assist in identifying up/cross-sell opportunities within your client and partner territories.
* Work with marketing and sales teams to develop new business campaigns.
* Manage a dedicated client set, communicate value propositions, and maintain partner relationships for mutual growth.
* Oversee the entire sales process, meet KPIs, and focus on new business and account expansion.
* Partner with marketing, sales, technical teams, and business partners to build sales campaigns and pipelines.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
* Technical Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related.
* Language Skills: Excellent communication in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to use data for decision-making and business outcomes.
* Teamwork: Collaborative spirit, able to work across functions and levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in Sales and/or IT.
* Passion for areas such as Storage, Data & AI, and Automation.
