Job Opportunity: Chief Accountant / Financial Controller
We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant / Financial Controller to manage the accounting and financial activities of a diversified group of companies operating across real estate, property management, hospitality, services, and investment holdings.
This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities
Full accounting and financial management of a multi-company group structure;
Certifiedaccounting duties, including accounting review and year-end closing;
Prepare and submit all tax declarations and ensure compliance with fiscal obligations;
Preparation of annual reports and financial statements;
Management of payroll processing and support in drafting employment contracts;
Cash-flowmanagement, analysis, and financial control;
Provide overallfinancial control and strategic financial support to the group;
Provide supportin managing relationships with banks, legal advisors, and the Fund Management Company;
Review and support as tax representative for clients (including IRS obligations);
Profile Requirements
Certified Accountant (mandatory);
Solid accounting experience across multiple companies, preferably with several years of experience in real estate;
Strong knowledge of tax compliance and corporate reporting;
Excellentorganizational and analytical skills;
Experience in administrative office management;
Familiarity with financial management software (e.G. Eticadata, Primavera);
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
