Procurement Category Manager Job Description
This role involves leading the procurement process for various commodities, including Professional Services, Marketing & Advertisement, Car Fleet, Corporate Services, MRO, IT, and Logistics globally.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities and delivering productivity results through strategy definition, business needs gathering, sites alignment, sourcing, RFP/negotiation, and contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute category strategies to drive cost savings and efficiency gains
* Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Manage global sourcing processes for indirect commodities
* Analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform procurement decisions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
* At least 6 years of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain leadership
* Proven track record as a Category Manager for indirect procurement commodities
* Fluency in English; French is a plus
