Job Description
As a key member of our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive business growth. You will work closely with managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to meet them.
Our ideal candidate has a strong background in recruitment, preferably in a multinational and multicultural context. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of HR principles and practices, including employment law, employee relations, and benefits administration. They will also have experience with recruitment software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 1-3 years' experience in recruitment, ideally in a multinational and multicultural context
* HR Generalist or Administrative background preferred
* Fluent in French, English, and Portuguese - mandatory (oral and written)
* Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or similar field
