OverviewA CTS Portfolio Manager at Siemens Energy shapes and drives the overall strategy of the CTS portfolio within the Gas Services Distributed Execution unit. You will align the strategic direction of CTS offerings, steer fleet expansion initiatives, and coordinate between regional hubs and Product Centers. You act as the face of CTS in key customer engagements and industry events, helping position Siemens Energy's digital and service capabilities at the forefront of the market, embodying our values of Responsibility, Excellence, and Innovation. ResponsibilitiesDefine and continuously align the end-to-end strategy for the CTS product portfolio. Lead and contribute to fleet expansion strategy by identifying growth opportunities based on market trends, customer needs, and portfolio synergies. Coordinate closely with regional hubs and Product Centers to align on customer targeting, value propositions, and go-to-market priorities. Drive CTS visibility by organizing and orchestrating CTS participation in key internal and external events, trade fairs, and conferences. Represent CTS in customer meetings and events, acting as a trusted ambassador for Siemens Energy's digital and service portfolio. Collect, consolidate, and translate market, customer, and regional feedback to steer portfolio evolution and ensure alignment with Siemens Energy's broader digital and service roadmap. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Strong background in business development, portfolio management, or strategy within an industrial, energy, or digital services environment. Solid understanding of Siemens Energy's digital portfolio and value propositions, or comparable industrial digital solutions. Proven ability to define, communicate, and influence strategy across diverse stakeholders in a global, matrix organization with regional and product-centered interfaces. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including customer-facing experience. Strategic mindset, high level of ownership and adaptability, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable portfolio and growth initiatives while embodying Siemens Energy's core values of Responsibility, Excellence, and Innovation.
