Your mission at FARMASI
You will be the first point of contact for our Influencers and customers in Portugal. Your goal? To deliver an exceptional customer experience with empathy, agility, and professionalism.
Your main responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls during hotline hours
* Manage emails and support tickets within 24h
* Support and guide FARMASI Influencers from Portugal in their daily activities
* Analyze and interpret business trends and Influencer performance to provide valuable insights
* Actively contribute to business growth through personalized support (calls, follow-ups, guidance)
* Support marketing and sales initiatives with enthusiasm
* Handle administrative tasks related to business operations
* Represent the brand's values and image with pride and consistency
* Travel when required
You will collaborate with:
- Our Customer Service team based in Mexico
- The Sales Director for FARMASI Spain & Portugal
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in customer service (preferably in a call center)
* Excellent verbal and written communication in Portuguese (fluent level required)
* Good level of English (regular communication with international teams)
* Good level of Spanish (also used with internal teams)
* Knowledge of Network Marketing is a big plus
* Strong customer focus, active listening, and positive attitude
* Highly organized, autonomous, and team-oriented
* Proficiency with digital tools and platforms
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Conditions:
* Permanent contract – 40 hours/week
* Remote work (from home, independently)
* Mandatory residence in Portugal
* Salary based on profile and experience
* Start date:
as soon as possible
