Responsibilities :
* Providing world-class support to clients’ customers
* Handling inquiries related to payments, contracts, and customer data management
* Resolving technical and financial issues proactively
* Collaborating effectively within a team to ensure project success
Requirements :
* Native German speaker with at least B2 level English
* Motivated, reliable, and committed
* Driven for excellence and professionalism
* Excellent communication skills
* Team player willing to work with diverse nationalities
What’s in it for you :
