About the Role
The Treasury function has evolved to become increasingly demanding, requiring a diverse set of cross-functional skills. Our team contributes to financial risk management strategies, adapts to new technologies, and navigates complex regulations and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for Trade Finance and Treasury-related topics with senior stakeholders.
* Manage bank relations, including negotiation of contracts and their terms & conditions.
* Oversee in-house bank activities, including company funding, payment factory support, bank accounts, central bank reporting, FX risk management, electronic banking solutions, management of authorized signatures, M&A/divestment projects, and user management for Treasury IT tools.
* Contribute to different areas such as cash management, FX risk, and trade finance (bank guarantee management).
* Support new systems implementation, mergers & acquisitions, and development of new financial models.
Requirements
* Completed academic studies in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship in banking or similar.
* Minimum of three years of experience in the finance sector of a bank or multinational corporate treasury, preferably focusing on FX management or cash management.
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
* Effective communication skills in multicultural environments, collaborating with bank partners, CFOs, accounting, legal, and tax teams.
* Knowledge of European markets, regulatory frameworks, and financial institutions is preferable.
* Strong project management skills, customer focus, teamwork, and proficiency in Excel, IT software, TMS, and market treasury tools.
