We are seeking a skilled Market Research Fieldwork Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing the execution of market research projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless collaboration between clients and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understanding project specifications and costing sheets
* Attending client meetings and internal briefings
* Developing and reviewing survey instruments, questionnaires, and discussion guides
* Testing programmed questionnaires for data quality and best practices
* Managing fieldwork recruitment processes
* Tracking project profitability and identifying areas for improvement
* Coordinating change control and scope management initiatives
* Providing timely and effective client communication and reporting
* Identifying potential barriers and challenges, offering solutions and ensuring compliance with market research quality standards
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
* A flexible and organized approach with strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams
