- Support on the implementation of a Global HR System (Workday).
- Manage and maintain HR-IT applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align HR-IT solutions with business requirements.
- Support the implementation of new functionalities and system updates.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Perfil ideal
A successful IT Application Manager HR-IT should have:
- Past experience as Workday Consultant, IT HR Expert, IT HR Business Partner, IT Application Manager, Business Analyst and/or Project Manager;
- Proven experience with Workday (plus for candidates with migration or deployment experience);
- Strong technicalskills in relevant HR-IT systems and tools.
- Ability to analyse and solve complex technical problems efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of data compliance and security standards.
- Ability to work in multicultural, multi-functional teams and projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
