The Role
As Global Employer Brand Manager, you will:
Strategy & Project Leadership
1. Co-develop and continuously evolve WTW's global employer brand strategy for both Experienced Hires and Early Careers.
2. Serve as project lead for global initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables and cross-functional coordination.
3. Collaborate closely with HR, Recruitment and Brand to ensure alignment and impact.
Creative & Campaign Development
4. Co-develop creative concepts and campaign ideas that tell authentic stories about life at WTW.
5. Partner with internal teams to produce brand-consistent, visually compelling content, from videos to digital assets.
6. Create and localize assets for global and regional use, adapting for diverse audiences and platforms.
Content, Channels & Tools
7. Create and publish social media, blog and video content that reflects our culture and values.
8. Manage and enhance our employer brand SharePoint and asset library as a global resource hub for the team.
9. Lead email marketing and talent community campaigns to engage and convert prospective candidates.
Measurement & Reporting
10. Develop reports to measure global and regional campaign performance.
11. Use analytics tools (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Analytics, Power BI) to evaluate impact and optimize future campaigns.
