We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead pre-sales technical activities and drive the development and implementation of complex solutions. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and a passion for enabling sales success through innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical knowledge, advice, and support to sales teams, resellers, and customers during the pre-sales process.
* Manage pre-sales technical activities for complex product/application/solution development.
* Assist customers in maximizing the value of our products and services.
* Contribute technical input to bid proposals and identify additional sales opportunities.
* Develop detailed customer installation and system integration plans.
* Lead technical support during sales presentations and product demonstrations.
* Collaborate with marketing and product managers to define new products.
* Serve as a technical liaison on specific customer projects.
* Share and implement best practices across teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* Deep knowledge of sales engineering and related technical domains.
* Proven track record of working directly with healthcare clients, ideally within the provider health IT and/or operational clinical systems area.
* Extensive knowledge of health IT technology offerings, customer needs, and market trends.
