The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, maturity, and strong administrative skills to support a dynamic conveyancing department handling both residential and commercial property transactions.
This is a high-volume environment, and the successful candidate must be comfortable managing multiple files simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and delivering exceptional client service. Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience for Junior candidates and 5+ years for Senior candidates in a conveyancing-related role
* Proven ability to manage a significant file load (approx. 30 files for Junior and 60+ for Senior)
* Proficiency in GhostConvey, LEXIS Convey, Stordoc, and E4 systems (non-negotiable)
* Matric certificate (non-negotiable)
* South African citizenship
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
* A relevant legal qualification will be advantageous
