Your contribution to something big:
Analyze and report businees KPI's for Capital expenditure and Headcount
Cost center control and analysis
Support management in cost performance improvement
Support budgeting processes
Signature concept updates and monitor
Optimization of reports and processes
Ad-hoc reports or projects according management request
What distinguishes you:
Degree in economics, management, accounting or similar;
Experience of 2 to 4 years as a controller, in an industrial company (preferably)
Experience with SAP ERP and SAP BW (preferably)
High experience/Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
Fluent in English;
Strong analytical skills and problem solving
Strong team spirit, proactivity and dynamic attitude, communication skills
Customer and result oriented
Motivated to continuous improvement

Annual Gross Salary of € + equity
