We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Digital Talent Acquisition Specialist.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the digital landscape. They will work closely with our team to source, screen, and develop a pool of qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze job requirements and create targeted search strategies to attract top talent.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruiters.
* Cultivate a network of contacts within the industry to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices.
* Create and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and assessments.
Requirements:
* Education: Currently studying Human Resources or Psychology (or related field).
* Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills are a must.
* Languages: French/Spanish is a plus.
* Priorities: Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
* Social Skills: A people person who loves to communicate and has great interpersonal skills.
* Teamwork: Team-player, able to work collaboratively and in autonomy.
* Environment: Interested in a start-up environment and working with a multicultural team.
