Incident Commander:Resolve or guide the resolution of technical and functional issues within the ALMT ecosystem. You own the incident from triage to final fix. System Stewardship:Ensure the total stability of the production environment while collaborating with development and business analyst teams to enhance system functionality. Continuous Improvement:Proactively identify and suggest automation opportunities to eliminate repetitive manual tasks and improve team efficiency. Knowledge Governance:Maintain high-quality support documentation and create comprehensive user guides to empower end-users. Release Management:Play a key role in the deployment and release cycle, ensuring new features land safely in the production environment.Who You Are (Requirements): The Hybrid Profile:You have a solid understanding ofFinance, particularlyDebt and Cash-flow instruments.
