Product/UX Designer (with Strategic Focus)

ICP: Sales People / Commercial Teams
Key Responsibilities:
Ru
n usability tests and interviews with users to identify where they get stuck or confused.
Audit current flows (onboarding, navigation, data presentation) and highlight improvements.
Create wireframes and clickable prototypes for testing with clients.
Iterate designs quickly based on structured feedback loops.
Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a way that ties design back to adoption and revenue goals.
Skills & Experience:
Startup experience with 0-1 build expertise
Strong background in both
UX research, strategy, and design
.
Proven ability to turn insights into usable wireframes and prototypes.
Experience in B2B/CRM/Customer Communication-heavy products preferred.
Confident communicator – able to explain design decisions in board meetings.
Engagement:
Fractional/part-time to start (e.g., 3 days per week).
Focused on discovery, design improvements, and fast iteration cycles.
