We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced B2B Travel Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to corporate travelers, resolving travel-related issues, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the travel industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also be proficient in GDS systems, such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or Worldspan, and have a solid understanding of metrics and performance-driven work.
Required Skills and Qualifications

* A native/fluent German speaker with solid English skills (B2+)
* Experience in customer support, preferably within the travel or hospitality sector
* Proficiency in GDS systems like Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or Worldspan
* A strong understanding of metrics and performance-driven work
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A collaborative, adaptable team player who welcomes feedback
* Tech-savviness with tools like Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce
* Availability to work rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00, Monday–Sunday
