As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for aSenior Business Manager / Business Unit Managerto lead the development of a new business unit within the Information Technology sector.
This role will play a key part in defining and executing the commercial strategy, driving business development, and building a high-performing team, directly contributing to the company's sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the development strategy for the Business Unit
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT market
Manage and develop strategic relationships with clients
Lead and develop a team of Business Managers and consultants
Monitor and ensure the achievement of growth and profitability targets
Actively contribute to the company's overall strategy and market positioning
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree inManagement, Human Resources, Law, Social Sciences, or a related field
Proven experience inBusiness Management within the Information Technology sector
Demonstrated experience inbusiness development and client relationship management
Strong results-oriented mindset and strategic vision
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
High level of responsibility, resilience, and adaptability
Fluency in English
