Our Backend Engineer Opportunity
We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our agile team and play a key role in designing and maintaining the core services that power our AI-driven platform. You'll work with modern technologies, contribute directly to improving healthcare delivery, and collaborate closely with Product, Design, and AI teams.
About the Role
* Develop backend services in Python (FastAPI preferred) to drive business growth
* Create clear, reliable REST APIs for web and mobile applications to ensure seamless user experiences
* Package and deploy services with Docker, automating deployments to AWS to streamline operations
* Design schemas, write queries, and optimize performance in PostgreSQL to enhance data management
* Manage flexible, unstructured data using MongoDB to support business intelligence
* Write tests, add logs and alerts, and monitor system performance and uptime to maintain high-quality services
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, AI) to deliver meaningful improvements every week to drive business success
